1. The One-Day Website Offer

The iWebMagics One-Day Website Offer provides a professionally designed, responsive one-page business website intended to establish a professional online presence.

The standard package includes:

• Up to approximately 7–8 sections
• Mobile, tablet and desktop responsiveness
• Business-focused design
• About section
• Services / Products section
• Why Choose Us section
• Contact section
• WhatsApp button
• Click-to-call functionality
• Social media links
• Google Maps integration
• Contact / enquiry form
• Basic on-page SEO setup
• SSL compatibility
• Basic speed optimisation
• One revision

The exact structure of the website may vary depending on the client's business and the information provided.

2. Package Price

The standard One-Day Website package price is:

The applicable total amount will be communicated to the client before payment.

Any service, feature or third-party cost outside the defined package may be charged separately.

3. Payment

The One-Day Website package requires full payment in advance before development begins.

Payment instructions, including the applicable UPI / QR payment details, will be shared through the official iWebMagics communication channel.

4. When Does the One-Working-Day Target Start?

The 1-working-day target begins only after:

5. Meaning of "One Working Day"

The phrase “One-Day Website” refers to a 1-working-day target for development/delivery of the standard website scope, subject to the conditions stated in these Terms & Conditions.

It does not mean guaranteed completion within 24 calendar hours.

The target may be affected by:

• Delayed client information
• Missing content
• Missing images
• Domain issues
• Hosting issues
• DNS propagation
• SSL issues
• Third-party service problems
• Client requests outside the agreed scope
• Delayed client approval
• Circumstances outside reasonable control

The one-working-day target therefore does not constitute an unconditional 24-hour delivery guarantee.

7. One Revision Included

The package includes one revision round.

A revision may include reasonable changes such as:

• Image replacement
• Minor layout adjustments
• Minor content changes
• Minor colour adjustments

A revision does not include a complete redesign or change of the original design direction.

For example, requesting an entirely different website design after the initial website has been created may be treated as additional work.

8. Additional Pages and Features

The following are not included in the ₹2,499/- package unless specifically agreed:

9. Domain and Hosting

Domain registration and web hosting are not included in the ₹2,499/- website development fee unless specifically stated otherwise in writing.

The client is responsible for providing the required domain and hosting access.

Any domain, hosting, premium plugin, premium theme, stock image, software licence or other third-party cost will be separate unless expressly included in the agreed package.

10. Client Information and Content

The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information required for the website, including:

Business information, services, products, prices, contact details, address, images, logo, social media links and other business data.

The client is responsible for reviewing the information displayed on the website.

iWebMagics / UNARS Technologies will not be responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate, incomplete or outdated information supplied by the client.

11. Client-Owned Content

The client confirms that they have the necessary rights or permissions to use any content supplied to iWebMagics, including logos, photographs, videos, text, product images, trademarks and other copyrighted materials.

The client remains responsible for any copyright, trademark or ownership dispute concerning materials supplied by them.

12. Third-Party Assets

Premium stock photographs, paid fonts, premium plugins, premium themes, software licences and other paid third-party resources are not automatically included in the package.

If such resources are required, the applicable additional cost will be communicated to the client.

13. Content Approval

The client must review the completed website and verify business name, contact details, phone number, WhatsApp number, email address, address, services, products, prices, links, images, social media links and other information.

Once the client approves the website, subsequent changes may be treated as additional work.

14. Website Launch

After the website has been reviewed and approved, iWebMagics may proceed with publishing it on the client's domain and hosting, subject to the required access being available.

The client is responsible for ensuring that valid domain and hosting access is available.

15. Client Delays

If required information, content, images, approvals or access are delayed by the client, the project may be placed on hold.

Any period during which the project is waiting for required client information or action will not count towards the one-working-day target.

The project will resume once the required information or action is received.

16. Additional Work

Requests outside the original package scope may attract additional charges, such as additional pages, extra sections, additional revisions, major redesign, custom functionality, advanced integrations, e-commerce, booking systems, payment gateways, custom programming, or extra content preparation.

Additional work will normally be undertaken after the client has been informed of the applicable charges and has approved them.

17. Additional Work and Delivery Time

Additional work may require additional development time.

The original one-working-day target applies only to the standard One-Day Website package scope.

Additional requirements may therefore change the delivery timeline.

18. Cancellation and Refund

Because development resources are allocated and work may commence specifically for the client, the payment is generally non-refundable once website development has commenced.

If cancellation is requested before development has commenced, the request may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Once substantial development work has commenced, cancellation will ordinarily not qualify for a refund.

If iWebMagics / UNARS Technologies is unable to complete the agreed standard website scope due solely to circumstances attributable to iWebMagics / UNARS Technologies, the matter will be reviewed and an appropriate resolution will be provided.

19. WhatsApp Functionality

A basic WhatsApp contact button is included within the standard package.

The client is responsible for providing the correct WhatsApp number.

The WhatsApp button is intended to allow website visitors to initiate a conversation. The package does not include WhatsApp Business API setup, Meta verification, bulk messaging, chatbots or automated WhatsApp campaigns unless separately agreed.

20. Contact / Enquiry Form

A basic enquiry/contact form may be included within the package.

The client must provide a suitable email address or destination for enquiries.

Delivery of enquiries may depend on the client's hosting, email provider, spam filtering and other third-party systems.

21. Basic SEO

Basic on-page SEO setup is included within the package, such as page title, meta description, heading structure, basic image alt text, and basic SEO-friendly structure.

This does not include guaranteed Google rankings, ongoing SEO, backlink building, SEO campaigns, paid search advertising, or guaranteed website traffic.

22. Basic Speed Optimisation

Basic speed optimisation may be performed within the package scope.

Actual website speed may depend on hosting, server resources, images, plugins, third-party scripts, external services, and internet connection. No specific PageSpeed score or loading time is guaranteed.

23. Security and SSL

The website will be designed to be compatible with SSL.

However, complete website security cannot be guaranteed against hacking, malware, server failures, plugin vulnerabilities, third-party security incidents or hosting-level attacks. Ongoing security monitoring and maintenance are not included unless separately agreed.

24. Maintenance

The ₹2,499/- package is a website development offer and does not constitute an unlimited website maintenance plan.

Ongoing services such as content updates, new sections, new pages, design modifications, plugin updates, security monitoring, technical maintenance, SEO, and hosting management may be charged separately.

25. Third-Party Services

The website may use third-party services such as domain providers, hosting providers, Google Maps, WhatsApp, social media platforms, plugins, themes, and email services.

iWebMagics / UNARS Technologies is not responsible for changes, suspension, outages, restrictions or discontinuation of third-party services.

26. No Guarantee of Business Results

The One-Day Website is intended to establish a professional online presence and make it easier for potential customers to understand the business, view services/products, find the business, call, contact through WhatsApp, and submit enquiries.

However, no specific number of leads, sales, customers, revenue, website visitors, search rankings, or conversions is guaranteed.

27. Business and Legal Information

The client remains responsible for ensuring that the information published on their website complies with applicable laws and regulations.

Where required, the client should provide or approve privacy policies, terms of service, refund policies, business disclosures, industry-specific disclaimers, and regulatory information. iWebMagics / UNARS Technologies does not provide legal advice.

28. Website Portfolio Usage

Unless the client specifically requests otherwise in writing, iWebMagics may display the completed website, screenshots or a link to the website in its portfolio, website, marketing material, social media, case studies, and demonstration material for the purpose of showcasing website development work.

29. Limitation of Liability

iWebMagics / UNARS Technologies will make reasonable efforts to deliver the website according to the agreed scope.

However, it shall not be responsible for losses arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control, including hosting failure, domain problems, DNS issues, third-party service failures, client-provided errors, platform changes, external service interruptions, loss of business opportunities, or loss of profits.

30. Force Majeure

The delivery target may be affected by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including internet outages, hosting failures, domain/registrar issues, third-party service outages, cyber incidents, natural disasters, government restrictions, and technical infrastructure failures.

Such circumstances will not be treated as a failure to meet the one-working-day target.

31. Offer Modification

iWebMagics / UNARS Technologies reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the One-Day Website Offer, pricing, features or terms for future customers.

The applicable terms for a confirmed order will generally be those communicated and accepted at the time of purchase, subject to applicable law.
